Terms |
| It is the policy of NyCo-Systems to warrant that all repairs are free from defects in workmanship and material for a period of one year for all electronic circuit board repairs. |

If there is any breach of warranty, NyCo-Systems sole liability under all condition, at its sole discretion is to repair, correct or replace any defect to conform to this warranty or refund the payment received from the customer. |
| The aforesaid is in lieu of any other warranty or guarantee expressed or implied and NyCo-Systems will not be responsible for any expenses; installation and removal, inconvenience or consequential damage, including injury to any person caused the unit repaired. Furthermore, in no way shall we be liable for any damages except actual damages up to, but not exceeding, the amount paid to us for the product, including we shall not be liable for any consequential or indirect damages or lost profits whether or not advised of same. |
| This warranty will not apply to items that fail due to misapplication, improper handling, application, installation, storage, abnormal temperature, corrosive conditions of or moisture. It is the policy of NyCo-Systems to not charge any additional costs for items returned under warranty. NyCo-Systems will use discretion of warranty repairs slightly past one or two month(s) the maturity date. |
