| Rush
Orders: |
| In order to accommodate your RUSH order needs in the best way possible we charge a RUSH FEE. We charge an additional 30% for all rush repair orders under $1000.00, 20% for all rush repair orders under $2000.00, and 15% for all rush repair orders over $3000.00. |

| Handling/Packing Fee: |
| Due to increasing fuel and packaging costs
we HAVE to charge an $8.75 Handling Fee for ANY shipments from
Nyco Systems. This charge offsets costs relating to shipping
and packaging materials for products delivered/shipped to/from
our facility. |
| Credit Card Payments: |
| Nyco Systems, Inc. would prefer not to accept credit
cards due to the exuberant amount of money MC, Visa, & AMEX
make off of both customers and Merchants. However, it is a necessary
evil and as such we have instituted a Policy of passing the Credit
Card Fees (3.5%) to the Customer. Sorry... Please pay by check. |
| Components We Replaced |
| Electronic Components we replaced will not be
refunded. Nyco Systems, Inc. realizes that NOT every item we
"attempt" to repair will be a success if this is the
case we will refund you 100% of the cost of Labor ONLY. |
